Nancy Shepherdson is an award-winning journalist and web site content provider. Her work has appeared in more than 500 publications, including web sites and national magazines. She specializes in profiles about businesses and their owners as well and marketing materials. In 2003, she won the National Federation of Press Women’s national award for articles on the web. She has an MBA in Marketing and Finance from Northwestern University.

Tim Bagwell, Ph.D. specializes in systems that allow businesses to operate efficiently with end-user-friendly applications.
